Below are the recommended levels.
Blood Pressure Levels
Normal Systolic (top #) less than 120 Diastolic (bottom #) less than 80
Prehypertension (pre-high blood pressure) Systolic (top #) 120-139 Diastolic (bottom #) 80-89
Hypertension Stage 1 Systolic (top #) 140-159 Diastolic (bottom #) 90-99
Hypertension Stage 2 Systolic (top #) 160 or greater Diastolic (bottom #) 100 or greater

Cholesterol Levels
Total Cholesterol less than 200 - Desireable 200-240 - Borderline High 240 or more - High
LDL Optimal - less than 100 100-129 near optimal 130-159 Borderline High 160-189 High 190 or more - Very High
HDLLess than 40 - Low 60 or more - High
Triglycerides Less than 150 - Normal 150-199 - Borderline High 200-499 - High 500 or more - Very High
